About Us

Broadland Computers started off as a small one man business run from home in 2001. We increased our staff to 3 full time employees in 2004 and relocated to High Street premises in December 2005 where we continue to grow from strength to strength. In October 2010 we relocated to our own brand new bigger and better shop between "The Factory Shop" and "The Church".

We have a state of the art fully fitted workshop, demonstration area and a retail display area for our wide range of computers, peripherals, consumables and media.

A company van is used by all members of staff for sales, deliveries and call-outs to business and home premises for on-site work.

Customer Support

We pride ourselves on being approachable and helpful.

FREE telephone technical support is provided with all our computer systems. We will be more than happy to point you in the right direction where you want advice.

We can't of course extend our support to providing free training but when you need that assistance we will be very happy to point you in the right direction.

If you require technical support for hardware or component purchases (E.G. Broadband Routers)
then we will be happy to quote to install the item for you.

In some instances we can provide remote control support. We will prompt you to press "the button" above and take remote control of your PC. Please DO NOT press it until prompted to do so!

Returns Policy

Refunds

A credit note or alternative item will be offered for any items returned unused and unopened within 3 days. A refund will only be offered at our sole discretion.

Opened/Used items where you have changed your mind cannot be returned.

No return will be accepted for items returned after 3 days.

Faulty Items

Within the first 14 days - Faulty items will be replaced with a similar new item or an alternative product offered. A refund will only be offered at our discretion and only after we have tested the item in our workshop and found it to be faulty. We reserve the right to charge a testing fee of up to £10 for items which are returned that are not faulty.

After 14 days - Faulty items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
