About Us

Broadland Computers started off as a small one man business run from home in 2001. We increased our staff to 3 full time employees in 2005 and relocated to High Street premises in December 2006 where we continue to go from strength to strength. In September 2010 we shall move to our own brand new bigger and better shop between "The Factory Shop" and "The Church".

Customer Support

We pride ourselves on being approachable and helpful.

FREE telephone technical support is provided with all our computer systems. We will be more than happy to point you in the right direction where you want advise.

We can't of course extend our support to providing free training but when you need that assistance we will be very happy to put you in contact with a local tutor who will come out to your home.

If you require technical support for hardware or component purchases (E.G. Broadband Routers)
then we will be happy to quote to install the item for you.

In some instances we can provide remote control support.
We will prompt you to press "the button" and take remote control of your PC.

Returns Policy

Refunds

A credit note or alternative item will be offered for any items returned unused and unopened within 7 days. A full refund will only be offered at our sole discretion, but NOT if the item has been opened or used.

Opened/Used items where you have changed your mind may only be returned at our discretion. They must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging, fit for resale. A restocking fee of £5 for items upto £25, £15 for items upto £100 and £25 for items over £100 will apply.

No return will be accepted for items returned after 7 days.

Faulty Items

Within the first 7 days - A replacement new item or a full refund will be offered.

Within the first 14 days - faulty items will be replaced with a similar new item or an alternative product offered. A full refund will only be offered at our discretion and only after we have tested the item in our workshop and found it to be faulty. We reserve the right to charge a testing fee for items that are returned that are not in fact faulty.

After 14 days, no refund will be offered and faulty items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
