Please note that Epson may not honour a warranty on a printer where
a fault is due to use of non-original Epson Ink.
Where a printer is returned to us under warranty, we will refer it to an authorised Epson Express Centre to ascertain if the fault is due to a problem with the printer or use of 3rd party inks. Where Epson report that the fault is due to use of non-original inks, then Epson original inks must be purchased at the customers expense before the printer can be re-inspected for any continued faults.
