We pride ourselves on being approachable and helpful.
FREE
telephone technical support is provided with all our computer systems.
We will be more than happy to point you in the right direction where you
want advise.
We can't of
course extend our support to providing free training but when you need that
assistance
we will be very happy to put you in contact with a local tutor who will come out
to your home.
If you
require technical support for hardware or component purchases (E.G. Broadband
Routers)
then we will be happy to quote to install the item for you.
Returns Policy
Refunds
A full refund or
alternative item will be offered for any items returned unused and unopened
within 7 days.
Opened/Used items will
only be refunded at our discretion.
They must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging, fit
for resale.
A restocking fee of £5 for items upto £50, £10 for items upto £100 and £15
for items over £100 will apply.
No refund will be offered for items returned after 7 days.
Within the first 14 days - faulty items will be replaced with a similar new
item or an alternative product offered.
A full refund will only be offered at our discretion and only after we have
tested the item in our workshop and found it to be faulty.
We reserve the right to charge a testing fee for items that are returned
that are not in fact faulty.
After 14 days, no refund will be offered and faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at our discretion.
